Next, we looked at exercise. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. Exercise can also make us happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.
